Terms and Conditions
- Maximum number of guests is 8
- Deposit requirement of 30% payable on confirmation of booking
- Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival
- Deposit refunded, less administration charge of
$US 30 with
42 days notice of cancellation.
- Less than 42 days notice – deposit is forfeited
- Less than 30 days notice – all monies are forfeited.
- Unused portions of booking are not refundable or transferable.
- For safety reasons, no children under 14 years except by prior agreement.
