Terms and Conditions

• Deposit requirement of 30% payable on confirmation of booking
• Balance payable 30 days prior to arrival
• Deposit refunded, less administration charge of 
US$ 30 with 42 days notice of cancellation.
• Less than 42 days notice – deposit is forfeited
• Less than 30 days notice – all monies are forfeited.
• Unused portions of booking are not refundable or transferable.
• For safety, no children under 6 years except by prior agreement.
• No children in Villa Pererepan .
• Travel insurance is recommended
• 3% surcharge is added for bookings paid by American Express or Paypal.
